MGM’s Parking Fees May Be In Trouble

A few weeks ago, we reported on MGM’s plans to start charging parking fees at all their Las Vegas properties soon. MGM owns  a total of 9 properties including Aria, Bellagio, Vdara, MGM Grand, Mandalay Bay, Delano, Mirage, Monte Carlo, and more. Fees will also apply to guests who stay at these properties. This can put an extra dent into visitors budgets.

One major problem, a real planning flaw it seems, is that the new MGM Arena has no parking. Yes, you heard it right, NO PARKING!

If these parking fees do go into effect, will people pay them or go to hotels and casinos not owned by MGM? This is the question. But, there is some slim hope still alive that MGM may back down.

Change.org has launched a petition and boycott drive. Let’s see if MGM hears the voice of its customers. Check out the link below.
