Haunted Ghost Tour

How about a Haunted Ghost Tour? On each Saturday evening in October the Luxor’s Titanic Exhibit will offer just such a tour. When the clock strikes 8, the fun and frights will begin.

Those who come will hear and see some very eerie things. According to Michelle Krol’s article on Travelagentcentral.com, “….participants will hear tales of passengers aboard the Titanic, along with stories of the exhibition staff’s supernatural experiences. The tour features displays of more than 300 artifacts recovered from the wreck, including 20 never-before-seen items such as gaming chips, passenger papers and decorative sections from Titanic‘s famous Grand Staircase. There are even replicas of both first, and third class accommodations.”

If you purchase a regular admission ticket to the Titanic exhibit it will include the Haunted Ghost Tour. Tickets are $32 for adults and $30 for seniors. Children 4-12 years old are $24.

HallOVeen

Have you ever heard of HallOVeen? It is an event sponsored by Opportunity Village, a nonprofit organization. This is another opportunity to have fun and scare yourself silly. HallOVeen will open October 9th and then every Friday and Saturday in October. Some of the rides and attractions include The Haunted Adventure, Boris the Elf’s 3D Experience, and Cheyenne’s Enchanted Carousel There will also be ghost stories, scary movies, and something called Scary-Oke.

November 1st will mark the end of the Halloween season. At that time, the event’s theme will be “Day of the Dead.”

General admission is $11.99 and $9.99 for children.

Fright Dome

Adventure Dome at Circus Circus will once again convert into a “Fright Dome.” This is an annual event that takes place each October.

Adventure Dome comprises 25 acres and hosts twenty-five rides, something for all ages. How about six haunted houses? Maybe the names of these spook houses will offer a hint of what is inside. Consider Killer Clowns in 4D, Swarm, and Insanitarium. These should keep the adrenaline pumping and the younguns up all night.

There are some requirements for admission. This venue is not appropriate for children under 12 due to the extreme gore. Anyone attending must be at least 42″ tall. Prices start at $39.95.
