frog-926597_960_720One of the anticipated parts of a vacation is the food. Whether it’s hot dogs, hamburgers, steak, chops, or lobster, food is on our minds. Las Vegas has a vast array of food choices. Those who are on a tight budget can always opt for Subway, Mcdonalds, Burger King, Wendys, or Panda Express.

Those who have been lucky at the tables or have some padding in their budget can try some of the better places to eat. In Vegas there are always new places opening and a host of unique offerings.

What is the best place to eat in Vegas? That depends on who you ask. What one loves another may dislike. But, there is a general consensus as to what the best places are. Let’s talk about a few of these and let you be the judge.

Trip Advisor came up with a list of 10 best restaurants. A few of these are:

  1. Andiamo Italian Restaurant, located at 301 Fremont Street (downtown Las Vegas).
  2. Mr. Mamas, located at 5693 S. Jones Blvd (a few miles west of the Strip).
  3. Carson Kitchen, located at 124 S. 6th Street.
You can review the entire list here.
Vegaseater.com lists 28 restaurants to try for excellent food. Read their entire list here.
And, here is a list of the new restaurants here.
On a personal note, I love Olives at Bellagio, Capos, and Giadas at the Cromwell.
