Historic Strip Show Will Go Dark Forever on February 11th

shutterstock_53461252On November 2, 1994, Donn Arden passed away. Vegas visitors and locals may not recall his name, but Las Vegas gave him a rare honorary tribute. The lights on the Strip were dimmed in quiet respect of his death. This is one of the highest honors Las Vegas can bestow on a person. Last year the lights were dimmed for UNLV coach Jerry Tarkanian.

Donn Arden was a well known producer and choreographer of an era now past by. His legacy still lives though, at least until February 11th when Jubilee will end its 34-year run.
