Here is an excellent choice for the daring souls. How about the Cornish Pasty Company. What in the world is this, you ask? I’d ask too. First, a word of warning. This place is located in a commercial area populated with things like sex clubs, wig shops, and an offbeat type of theater.  So, what do they offer? They offer the one and only place in Las Vegas to taste traditional Cornish pasty. Cornish Pasty Company has a vast menu of pasties. Bravissimo! Want some Italian? Who doesn’t. Ok, try Chicago Joes. This eatery will feel familiar to many due to its checkered table cloths and pasta dishes. One of their specialties is pasta with snail in garlic butter. This has got to be lip smacking good! Of course, after eating it, your lips will be the only one smacking. No good night kiss. This restaurant is located in a house from the 1950s that adds to the experience. Find Chicago Joes at 820 S. Fourth St., 702-382-5637, chicagojoesrestaurant.com.
